Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dugout Dude and the Dugout Dude Builder (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You may need to sign in to use parts of the Service. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under your account.
The Service may offer Free and paid plans (including annual subscriptions and/or lifetime access). If you purchase through Apple in-app purchases, Apple handles billing and account management. If you purchase on the web, billing may be processed by third-party providers.
Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, interfere with normal operation, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the Service or other users.
You retain ownership of content you submit (like team names and player info). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content to provide the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dugout Dude will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date below.
