Refund Policy

If you purchased your subscription as an in-app purchase on iOS, Dugout Dude can’t issue a refund directly. Apple manages billing and refunds for iOS in-app purchases.

If you purchased via web checkout, email Support@dugoutdude.app and include the email used at checkout and the date of purchase. Refund eligibility (if any) may depend on the plan type and applicable payment processor rules.
